SUMMER TEACHING OPPORTUNITY IN
CHINA

are a new work in China, aimed at creating new relationships and a
platform for ministry in the People's Republic. Our work revolves
around English education for children and vocational training for the
deaf and disabled. This summer we are offering day camps for preschool
and elementary children, and we very much need a few workers willing to
come on a volunteer basis for as little as 3 weeks -- up to spending
the entire summer."Director Tim
Boden - Magic Beans English Training Center
The Boden family has been involved in China for about seven years.
Julia Boden-Wu, a 2002 graduate of Lincoln Christian University, first
came to China to teach English as a foreign language in 2003. She has
taught in three separate public schools in China and served as the
director of the foreign English program in her last appointment. In
2009 she left that position to establish—along with her husband—a
private English training center and preschool. Her father, Tim Boden
(also a graduate of Lincoln), joined her last year to help get the
project off the ground. The Magic Beans English Training Center is just
completing its first year of operation.
